1. Do you deliver, set up, and pack up?

Yes, all our delivery charges include set up and pack up of the equipment.

2. Do I need to provide anything extra after booking?

We will need access to a power source (a plug socket). Other than that, everything you need is included in your booking, including full setup and any equipment necessary for operation.

3. Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we have £1 million public liability insurance. If required, we can provide a copy of this insurance for your peace of mind.

4. Do you require a deposit to confirm my booking?

Yes, a small deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining payment can be made up until the event date.

5. Do the bouncy castle blowers stay on all the time?

Yes, the blowers need to stay on throughout the event while the bouncy castle is being used. Please note that in enclosed spaces, the blowers can be noisy, so consider this when setting up.

6. Do you clean your inflatables?

Yes, we clean and sanitise our inflatables before and after every use to ensure safety and hygiene.

7. Is there a delivery cost?

Yes, there is a delivery charge. The cost is based on your location and will be clearly displayed when you book.

8. What is the size of your bouncy castles?

Each of our bouncy castles has a size guide listed above its description. Please check this to ensure you have enough space for safe setup on the day.

9. Can you set up on hard surfaces or artificial grass?

Unfortunately, we do not set up on hard surfaces or artificial grass. We require a suitable outdoor or indoor area for installation.

10. When do you arrive to set up the bouncy castle?

Our arrival time depends on your venue’s time restrictions. If there are no restrictions, we can start as early as 7:00 AM to ensure everything is ready for your event.

11. My postcode is not listed, can you still deliver?

If your postcode isn’t listed, don’t worry! Please give us a call at 01753 318 027 or use the Whatsapp chat feature to drop us a message, and we’ll check if we can accommodate your location.

12. What happens if I need to cancel the party?

  • Cancellation within 72 hours of the event: The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation outside of 72 hours: You can either reschedule your party (subject to availability) or receive a refund of your deposit.

13. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my party?

We will confirm your booking 48 hours before the event. If the weather is unsafe, we will cancel and offer the option to reschedule or receive a refund. If we deem weather is acceptable but you choose to cancel your event, the full charge will apply.

14. Can all inflatables be set up indoors?

Yes, as long as your venue does not have any restrictions on inflatable setups. All of our inflatables are safe to use indoors.

15. Can I pick up and drop off a bouncy castle myself to reduce costs?

No, for safety reasons, we do not allow customers to pick up or set up their bouncy castles. Incorrect setup can be dangerous and is a liability concern.

16. Do you cater for public events?

Yes, we can cater to public events. However, we require additional information for these bookings, so please call us before making a reservation at 01753 318 027 or 07563 222 654 or 07804907271

17. What is the latest I can book to ensure my party is confirmed?

While we try to accommodate last-minute bookings, it’s recommended to book as early as possible, 72 hours’ notice is usually sufficient for availability, but we cannot guarantee this for every request.

18. How should I prepare for my rental?

  • Ensure the entrance is clear and easy to access for our delivery team.
  • Have a designated area ready for setup, or leave the decision to us.
  • Please expect us 10-15 minutes before your scheduled setup time.

19. Do you operate on weekdays?

We accept weekday bookings from April to September. These are typically for home garden events, weather permitting. We usually set up the night before and collect by 10:00 PM the same day, unless otherwise agreed.

20. Can I book Facepainting and a Bouncy castle together?

Yes, you can! However, both services must be booked through us. We cannot allow use of the bouncy castle if you're using an external face painter, as we're unsure which products they use, and some can stain our castles.
